Support Assistant

  • Flexible schedule up to 20 hours (37.5 in the summer) per week Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
  • Starting salary is $12/Hour
  • Opportunity to learn about computers, mobile devices, printers and software
  • Duties include inventory, installation, and troubleshooting basic issues with computers, mobile devices, and printers
  • Must be a current Pitt student
  • Customer service and problem solving skills are required
  • Must be able to walk around campus and lift computer equipment
