Connect to your Computer
A shortcut will be available on the desktop. If you do not see one, please open the Start Menu, click on All Programs, click on Accessories,
and choose Remote Desktop Connection.
1. Enter the computer name or IP address of your computer. This information should have been given to you by FIS.
2. Enter your FIS credentials at the prompt. Please make sure to enter “FIS\username”in order to connect.
These are the credentials you use to log into your FIS computer at work.
3. Your remote desktop session will start.
4. When you are finished with your session, Log Off of your computer and then the SRemote session.
