Remote Access Requests will be responded to during FIS Standard Support Hours. Standard Support Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays. Remote Access Requests should be scheduled at least one business day in advance.
