We are pleased to announce that Amani Hill has accepted the Support Analyst position in FIS Technical Services, effective August 27, 2018. Her responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting technical support requests, user documentation creation, customer training, and ITIL process management.
Amani recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science while simultaneously working. Additionally, she has an extensive background in customer service. Her experience and knowledge will make her a valuable asset to Customer Support. Amani will be located in B44 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Carrie Armstrong.
Amani was born in the capital of Missouri, Jefferson City, but she currently lives east of Pittsburgh with her fiance, Brennan, and Chihuahua, Aladdin. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching anime. Her favorite restaurant is Smoke BBQ Taqueria in Lawrenceville. If she could meeting anyone, Amani would like to meet Rob Zombie.

We are pleased to announce that Kimberly Phillips has accepted the Engagement Analyst position in FIS Technical Services, effective July 23rd, 2018. Her responsibilities include supporting critical business strategies by managing application development and website projects, engaging stakeholders, and providing user experience and quality assurance.
Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating on Information Systems Management and Statistics.
She obtained both degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Kimberly has over 15 years of experience in various business and systems related roles. She previously worked for 10 years at Pitt in various positions with the most noteworthy position being Project Manager/Business Analyst at FIS. Kimberly will be located in B-44 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Carol Zielinski.
Kimberly is married and has three children, two daughters, Lexi (15) and Gigi (13) and a son, Brennan (10). She also has two dogs, Tasha and Bailey, but at one time her family had nine pets! Kimberly enjoys reading, candy crush, leading Girl Scouts, biking, martial arts, traveling, and learning new things. Her favorite restaurants are Nicky’s Thai Kitchen and Bahama Breeze. If she could have any job, she would like to be a shark on Shark Tank.

Julie Cursi is transferring to FIS Technical Services!
Julie has been with the CFO’s Financial Operations area as their Communication Project Manager since 2010. She has worked with us on many projects over the years. Most recently, she worked with us to redesign the Payroll department’s website which launched in December.
She has accepted the position of Engagement Analyst with our Application Development team. She will be responsible for supporting critical business strategies by managing projects, working on the Business Relationship Management team and providing UX and QA management.
Julie holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Pitt as well as a BA in Professional Writing from Carlow University and a BA in English Literature from Thiel College. She also has obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute.
Julie’s communication/project management experience, CFO background and her genuine willingness to help others will enhance our skilled team of IT professionals.
Julie is originally from Homestead, FL, but now lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, Ray and her ferret, SissieCat. She also loves equestrian sports and owns a mare with several personalities named Emma. If you looked in her refrigerator, you would find carrots and apples for Emma and canned pheasant for SissieCat. Julie’s favorite restaurant is Girasole in Shadyside, she just finished reading Razor’s Edge by W. Somerset Maugham, and she would love to meet Barry White Jr.
Julie will join the staff in B-44 CL on April 1 and will report to Carol Zielinski.

We are pleased to announce that Mathew Bell has accepted the Support Analyst position in FIS Technical Services, effective February 13, 2017. His responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting technical support requests, application testing, user documentation creation, customer training, and ITIL process management.
Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Journalism. He has most recently worked at EDMC as a Support Analyst II where he provided troubleshooting and help desk services to customers and managed their internal knowledgebase. His experience and knowledge will be an asset to Customer Support. Mathew will be located at 1917 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Carrie Armstrong.
Mathew, his girlfriend, Cynthia, and their Akita puppy, Rigby live east of the city, but his favorite restaurant is Meat and Potatoes located downtown. Mat also enjoys the Pittsburgh Pirates, Black Mirror, and Archer. If he could meet anyone he would like to meet Clint Hurdle or Andre the Giant.

FIS is pleased to announce that Sean Estep has accepted a full-time Systems Engineer position in Technical Services effective February 13th. Sean joined FIS as a Systems Engineer contractor on May 5, 2016 and was previously an Infrastructure Engineer supporting various technologies at Expedient. His responsibilities will focus on systems deployments and administration, troubleshooting, and tier 3 support.
Sean has over 6 years of experience performing advanced systems administration, Windows Server management, VMware, storage, and supporting other core technologies. Sean’s experience and knowledge will be an asset to Server Computing. Sean will be located at 1917 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Daniel Mahaven.
Sean has grown up in Pittsburgh, graduated from Point Park University with a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and Management. He currently lives with his dog, Coco. In his free time, he enjoys off-roading, riding his quad and motorcycle, and gaming.

FIS is pleased to announce that Garrett Liebenguth has accepted a full time Systems Engineer position in Technical Services effective May 23rd, 2016.
Garrett joined FIS as a Systems Engineer contractor on March 21st, and was previously a Infrastructure Engineer supporting various technologies at Red Square Systems and AllCovered. Garrett holds a Bachelor’s of Science in MIS/DS from IUP and has over 10 years of experience performing advanced systems administration, Windows Server management, VMware, and other critical technologies. His responsibilities involve all aspects of server system administration, implementation, and support. His experience and knowledge will be an asset to Server Computing. He is located at 1917CL and reports to Dan Mahaven.

We are pleased to announce that Maya Bayer accepted a position as a Web Developer in FIS Technical Services effective January 25, 2016.
Maya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Algiers. She previously worked for MetaTechnical as the Chief Web Designer and Front-end Web Developer. Maya’s responsibilities include design and maintenance of all departmental web sites in the care of FIS as well as custom graphic designs for our custom applications. She is located in B-44 Cathedral of Learning and reports to Rich Welsh.

James Tyler has accepted a Client Computing position in FIS Technical Services. He will join us as a Senior Systems Administrator effective June 15, 2015.
His responsibilities will focus on managing and troubleshooting client computers, software deployment and advanced client management. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Science and is a certified Dell Technician, Apple Macintosh Technician, and has the CompTIA A+ certification. James previously worked as a Computer Support Specialist I and II at Duquesne University and has over five years of experience performing desk-side support and client management.
James’ experience and knowledge will be an asset to Client Computing. James will be located at 1917 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Anthony DiGregorio.

Janet Rager has accepted the position of Database Administrator in FIS Technical Services effective May 26, 2015.
Janet will be responsible for all maintenance and support of our Oracle databases as well as providing backup support for our SQL Server databases. Janet has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Point Park College. She previously worked at US Steel as an Oracle Database Administrator and has experience as a developer, trainer and Records Manager. Janet will be located in B-44 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Carol Zielinski.

Shane Todd has accepted an Application Development position in FIS Technical Services. He will join us as an Application Developer effective May 18, 2015.
Shane’s responsibilities will include custom application development as well as third-party system support. Shane holds a Master’s Degree in Internet Information Systems from Robert Morris University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from California University of PA. Shane previously worked for Robert Morris University as a Programmer Analyst. Shane will be located in B-44 Cathedral of Learning and will report to Rich Welsh.
